Privacy notice
This notice explains how Gillon Builders handles information submitted through this website and data collected to understand website use.

Information we collect
When you request an inspection, we collect the name, email address, property suburb and message you provide. A telephone number is optional. We use this information only to assess and respond to your enquiry, arrange inspection services and keep necessary business records.
How enquiries are processed
The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile to reduce automated submissions. The website sends accepted enquiries through Cloudflare Email Service to a private, verified business inbox. The website does not place enquiry submissions in a customer database, and application logs are not designed to contain the form content.
Email systems and business recordkeeping may retain correspondence for as long as reasonably required to respond, provide services and meet legal obligations.
Website measurement
Google Tag Manager loads when the website opens and is used to configure Google Analytics. This measurement helps us understand visits and whether people use the telephone or enquiry actions. We send only non-personal conversion information, such as the placement of a telephone link and confirmation that an enquiry was delivered. We do not intentionally send form values to Google Tag Manager or Google Analytics.
Google and Cloudflare may process technical information such as device, browser, network and security data under their own privacy terms. Browser settings and extensions may provide controls over cookies and measurement technologies.
Disclosure and overseas processing
Information may be handled by service providers needed to operate the website, including Cloudflare and Google. These providers may process data in Australia and other countries where they operate. We do not sell enquiry details.
Access, correction and questions
You may ask about personal information held by Gillon Builders, request access or correction, or raise a privacy concern by calling 0418 338 584 or using the website enquiry form.
